The chalet is perfectly located between the valleys of Freissinieres and Fournel and Ceillac, which are an iceclimbing paradise that attracts iceclimbers from all over the world.
Winter activities
The chalet is a perfect base for countless winter activities. You can take a free shuttle from the chalet to the ski station of Risoul, from where you have access to over 185km of piste. It's even possible to go ice skating or do a 700 meter long zipline. From the chalet you can easily reach 'Le Foret de Risoul', where you can do some beautiful snowshoe hikes or cross country skiing tours. And you are only a 20 minute drive away from the world class ice climbing areas Fressiniere and Fournel. From the chalet you look over Mont Dauphin. On this beautiful conglomerate wall it is even possible to climb in winter.
Zipline
There are not many places were you can do a 700 m long Zipline.
Bobsleigh
In Risoul there is bobsleigh called Mr Luge Devale, which can achieve a top speed of 30 km/h!
Skiing and snowboarding
At only 11 km you can find La Foret Blanche (185km piste). In front of the chalet there is a free shuttle that leaves frequently (in high season every 15 minutes) to Risoul 1850.
Iceskating
Located in Risoul, there is a completely ecofriendly iceskating rink of 750m ². An artificial part is combined with 400m ² of natural skating rink.
